The aim of the IFToMM-Mexico Conference (IFMEX) is to bring together researchers, industry professionals and students from Mexican frames and around the world to share knowledge, to present the latest developments and to discuss future directions in Mechanism and Machine Science and related engineering disciplines. IFToMM-Mexico will run activity aligned with the mission of IFToMM; the International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science. The IFMEX-2027 Conference will be held at Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, in Tlaxcala, Mexico.

Papers are welcome on topics related to aspects of theory, design, practice and application of MMS Mechanism and Machine Science, including but not limited to:
Authors are kindly asked to submit original full papers with maximum length of 10 pages in Springer format. All accepted and presented papers will be published in a Scopus indexed Proceedings book of the Springer Series Mechanisms and Machine Science, with the title: “Advances in Mexican Mechanism Science – Proceedings of the 1st International Conference of IFToMM-Mexico”.
For each of the three categories (Research, Applications, and Student) three awards (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) will be given to the best papers.
The registration as "accompanying person" does not entitles to attend the conference sessions or to receive the conference kit, but just to participate to social events.
The IFToMM Mexico Conference (IFMEX 2027) invites researchers, academics, industry professionals, and students to submit original scientific contributions in the field of Mechanism and Machine Science (MMS).
IFMEX 2027 provides an international forum for presenting recent advances, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaboration among the global Mechanism and Machine Science community, fully aligned with the mission of IFToMM.
Accepted contributions will be presented during the technical sessions of the conference, offering authors the opportunity to discuss their work with leading experts from academia and industry while establishing new international collaborations.
Original papers are invited in all areas of Mechanism and Machine Science, including, but not limited to:
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers. Manuscripts should follow the official conference template.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by members of the Scientific Committee and external reviewers. Each paper will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, significance, and relevance to the conference topics.
Accepted papers will be included in the IFMEX 2027 Conference Proceedings. Additional publication opportunities will be announced as they become available. Authors of selected high-quality contributions may be invited to submit extended versions to partner journals or special issues.
